Legally separate isn't the same as divorce. He is still someone husband until the divorce papers are finalized.  Also there is no such thing as dating a married man. A man would have to be 100% divorce before I would get involved but that's just me opinion.

The day I left my husband and had the police remove him from my house my rings came off and never went back on. He ain’t done be careful because emotionally he hasn’t ready to take that ring off which is a massive red flag.
