Yall I usually ovulate on CD11 but now that were planning on trying next cycle I'm apparently not ovulating. Anyone else go through this? Am I just psyching myself out?

Stress can definitely effect your cycles. I’ve never been able to get pregnant the month I use OPKs. I use them for a couple months to see when I’m ovulating (I’m more of a CD16 ovulator) and we try those months but I’ve gotten pregnant with #2 and #3 when we’ve just “given up/taken a break” and boom it happens 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
