They look like fresh stretch marks, totally normal in a stretching, growing, pregnant body. Their genetic, so they usually run in your family. Try to have your belly moisturized at all times, use lotion-oil multiple times a day. It should at least relieve the uncomfortable itching. That’s really all you can do. In my experience they do tend to lighten a bit after delivery, but the few I have never disappeared.

Looks like they’re just fresh angry stretch marks, they probably need to be moisturized if you haven’t been. Try ur best not to itch. They’ll just have to heal over time unfortunately.
