Do you warm your formula?

BF mama but have been debating on switching to formula. Need all the advice I can get!

We started out not warming formula, but had to switch to warming. Not warming the formula made our daughter throw up and too gassy. As soon as we tried warming her formula she stopped projectile vomitting every bottle and stopped having such a gassy belly.

I've always just used room temperature bottled water

I always did because my kids simply wouldn't take a cool or cold bottle. It's not necessary though.

When my son was younger, we premade some bottles and they were in the fridge. We did warm them up but not to the point they were “warm”, they were probably about room temp. Since my son stopped walking up in the middle of the night, we stopped prepping bottles and now we just do regular tap water or filtered water from a refrigerator (this water is actually cold) and he won’t take warm milk now.

I warmed it simply by using warm water (my tap water is safe) to mix it. Never anything strenuous.
