So bloated and cramping

Hi All, I am 4 weeks 3 days today. Is anyone else dealing with bloating and cramping? The cramps are mild and are in the front and my lower back and last only a few minutes. I am soooo bloated all day that everything i wear feels so tight 🙈 I had a MMC in May but don’t remember my symptoms being this strong especially the bloating.
