I went in for a Sonohysterogram last week (cycle day 7) and they said that I had a 15mm follicle and would definitely be ovulating very soon (likely on or before cycle day 10). I have been taking OPK tests since cycle day 6 and have not seen an LH surge yet and I am now on cycle day 12.

This seems to be a kindof recurring theme. Every time I go in for a monitoring ultrasound they say I have a mature follicle very early in my cycle, but then I don’t get an LH surge until close to day 20. When I told the nurse that last week she just acted like she didn’t believe me and brushed it off. Then said I have to be ovulating if I get my period every month.

Has anyone had a similar experience? I really don’t know what is going on!
