Are we done??

This guy that I've been having sex with for the past couple of months suddenly stopped talking to me. It's been a whole week since he's texted me which isn't normal and I see him around all the time I even saw him at this party and he didn't even say hi to me. I don't think I did anything wrong to hurt his feelings or make him mad. Do you guys think I should just move on from him or wait it out a little while longer?
