I had a “threatened abortion” at 8+3 because I HM was having brown discharge. Dr got me in for a scan baby was perfect. Then I spotted light pink after intercourses around 11wks again dr got me in baby is perfect!!! I’m currently 13+2
Threatened miscarriage
Has anyone had a threatened miscarriage. I had bleeding and cramping over the weekend . My doctor did an exam and said it’s a threatened miscarriage. Since I’m just 5 weeks it’s too early to hear the heartbeat so I have to wait to see if the pregnancy will continue or if I will miscarry. Has this happened to anyone and they went on to have a healthy pregnancy ? Or any tips for things I should do to help preserve the pregnancy ?

I had brown spotting, little big of red then brown again. I booked a private scan but at 5 weeks all that was seen was the sac and yolk. I had to wait two weeks for my next scan and it was such a horrible wait but two weeks later there was a baby and a heartbeat. I know how hard it is so hang in there ❤️
I had it with my first ( spotted for 6 weeks ) and then with my second ( medium/ large amount of blood at around 11 weeks, doctor even told me I was loosing the baby as we spoke ) They are now 3 y and 14 months old . One sleeping now besides me and the other one in his crib.

I should say, with the first one I started spoofing at 6 weeks until 12 weeks
