Anyone else’s baby hate car rides?

My daughter is 4 months old and absolutely HATES being in the car. She’s totally fine in her car seat when it’s on the stroller or when we’re carrying it but as soon as she’s in the car, she starts screaming. She cries to the point of coughing and turning red. She’s lost her voice from screaming so much. When I look at her through her mirror, he arms are flailing and I’m wondering if she’s scared of the movement? She does it even when her big brother is sitting with her. Any tips or tricks would help!
