Baby with purple lips?

My 2 weeks old’s lips turn a purple tint alllll the time. Her pedi isn’t worried about it but I can’t shake the feeling that something is wrong. I know she’s not cold, and she can be laying flat on her back, no congestion or anything, and still have purple lips. It’s worse on the inner section of her lips. You can kinda see it here.

I’m wanting to trust her pedi and she said the baby would grow out of it but I think I’d feel better with other opinions. I think my concern is they closed my legs while she was in the birth canal and I wouldn’t let me deliver her for 15-20 mins while we waited for the OB to get there. It was extremely painful and she was extremely purple coming out.
