Plan B not working?

Question

Have you gotten pregnant after taking Plan B? Or do you know anyone who’s gotten pregnant even after taking it? I’m curious to see how coming this is

It happens all the time. 
Taking it at the wrong time, weighing too much for one pill, not taking it within time frame, or just failure of the pill.
