Is this normal?

I’m supposed to be around 5 weeks according to my last period… today I got an abdominal ultrasound since I’m high risk and I have no sac yet. She said my lining is thick and looks ready but nothing yet. Is this normal?
Here’s my ultrasound today and my tests I took last night.

Those tests are pretty positive so im assuming you're definitely pregnant.. could be the possibility of a late ovulation? So where you may think you're 5 weeks from your period, if you ovulated late you could be only 3-4 weeks so therefore, nothing will show on an ultrasound yet. Best to just hear what your doctor says and maybe request if they don't some blood work for hcg levels and wait a few more weeks before your next ultrasound.
