Anyone has has a 6 week miscarriage

So I went to the Er yesterday which was no help so I left and have my obgyn appointment tmmrw but I’m bleeding and passing clots and I think one was big that was the sac when should I worry to go to the hospital? I’m bleeding less now but I’m just scared
