First Appointment

I found out I’m pregnant on Friday (11/12) which was 12 DPO 🥰 I messaged my family doctor and she said I don’t need to come in for blood work since I got 4 positive tests (I sent her the same picture that’s below). I’m new to this but I thought I’d have to have blood drawn to check my HCG levels right away. I can’t get into an OB doctor until December 28th and that will put me at 10 weeks. Is this normal to have to wait that long or should I try to get in sooner somewhere else?
