5 month reflux baby waking every 30min-1 hour all night, anyone been through this?

We have him on Pepcid. AR formula constipates him bad. I’m so tired, don’t know what to do. He needs to be held upright for long periods before being laid down otherwise he just kicks and squirms and wakes crying every few minutes. Sometimes he sleeps a 4-5 hour stretch but usually 2 hour stretches are a “good night”

He had it as a baby but tapered off at 2 months but is peaking again now.

Who’s been through this? Any tips or advice or just share your story please. Trying to wrap my mind around this and find strength.

I have a 4 year old boy too, leaning heavily on grandmas for help at the moment 😰
