Feeling hopeless.

Hi ladies! My husband is 48 years old and has erectile dysfunction plus diabetes. We were able to BD several times around ovulation and he was able to finish in me. I’m 10 DPO and I know that’s early but my test is negative and now I just feel hopeless that we can’t get pregnant because of his age and diabetes and factors that might be making his sperm not the greatest. I’m not educated enough on that part of it but I just feel like I’m out probably for a very long time. Anyone with experience or education please give your thoughts! Thanks
