6 days postpartum and have been feeling good but this came out of me yesterday… I had a vaginal delivery and I also had a 2nd degree tear. After it came out I started feeling like it hurt a bit down there could it have ripped a stitch ?

blood clots are really squishy i don’t think it could tear a stitch, you could always check though or call your doctor! always better to be on the safe side if you think something might be wrong.
