We are 7dpo and I took a test yesterday and it was faint took another one this morning it looks like it's there

Answer

Can't take tests apart. They become invalid when you do and you shouldn't even look at them after that. 7 dpo is really early, wait until 11-12dpo and retest but leave the test the way it was meant to stay, do not take it apart.
