I miscarried on 21/10 and got my first period on 28/11 (which is strangely when I would have been due on if I hadn't have been pregnant) I had a normal period, mild pains, just lasted slightly longer, around 5days. Mine are normally 2-3 days but very painful as I have endometriosis. Today I started spotting...I've had mild cramping on one side for the past week, but according to glow I'm ovulating so put it down to that. I've never spotted before during ovulation. Does anybody have any advise? Did anyone else have a period a week or so after there first?
