Am I bad mom for wanting to work?

Thankfully I don't have to work we will be okay with 1 income. I do help out my husband with his business twice a week since he is under staffed.

I was thinking since I'm already working might as well apply for something on my own. I got offered a job for graveyard shift while my babe sleeps (twice a week) 10 hour shifts. It's not much money I'll be getting paid $18 an hour minimum here is $15. I want to work to have my own independence but idk if I will handle it. My son is 10 months old.

I'm a first time mom so idk if will regret it later or is it a good thing to have my own thing.
