Is your 2.5 year old front facing yet?

My daughter is currently rear facing. My goal was to leave her rear facing asomg as possible. Lately she's been saying she wants to sit up and she's uncomfortable. She screams that she wants to sit up. I wonder if moving her to front facing would make her more comfortable and put her in more of an upright position?

Also, if you're front facing, did you kid have a hard time with the transition? My daughter is very sensitive to change. I'm worried that she's going to have melt down since it will be a new experience facing forward.
