Any anti-vax mommas?

No negativity I already made up my mind. I’m 27 weeks and wondering when I should tell drs I dnt want my baby to get anything? I saw a religious form online for exemption. Do I need to fill that out and bring with to delivery or before to appt?

You don’t need any forms of papers for exemption for the pediatrician. You would only need those if you are enrolling your child in daycare or preschool in the future. 
You will probably have to sign waivers at birth though saying you decline the HepB and VitK, & maybe the erythromycin eye ointment. My son is 18mo, a needle has never touched him and, and that was all we ever had to sign off.

You don't need to say anything until the time comes that baby is about to be born. I wouldn't want them to mistreat you or talk down to you leading up to it. 
Just use the phrase "delaying" until their older etc. so they think you'll still consider them in the future  aren't some anti-medicine know it all. They can be so cruel.

You dont need an exemption for the pediatrician. The religious exemption is for school. You dont need it until school aged. The issue will be finding a pediatrician who will allow you to go there without vaccinating. Some allow it, many dont, so youll need to prepare this research ahead of time. At the hospital, the only shot they usually give is vitamin k. The issue may be if it's a boy and you want him circumsized, they may not agree to do it with vitamin k refusal.

You don’t need to fill out any exemptions until your child starts school.  And even then, the religious exemption only works if you have someone in your church that will sign off on it.  If your religion isn’t against vaccinating (most aren’t) then you need a philosophical waiver, which not many states have.  A lot of doctors and clinics will drop you for not vaccinating though so you’ll need to find one that supports you. 
 I suggest you talk to the doctor about vaccinations though.  I don’t do them at birth (so I just make it clear at birth that they are not to do the hep b vax in the hospital) and then do selective and delayed vaccinations.  Our doctor worked with us to create a schedule based on what he thought was necessary when though.  My 2 year old just started a vaccination schedule but he has some neurological issues (CP) that we wanted to make sure were diagnosed properly to assess the risks of vaccines before we started them.  He’s been home since birth though thanks to being premature and then Covid 🤪 so he wasn’t at risk of picking anything up

Depends on your state. At my son’s birth (home birth transferred to hospital), they asked if we wanted to vaccinate. We said no. Simple as that, but I know it’s not always as straightforward.

Our state allows religious exemption without a religious leader letter or signature. You just go to the health dept and sign a form and they give it to you.  Medical exemption requires dr sign off. It may vary by state.

They may ask you to sign a “went against medical advice” form after baby is born. You don’t need to sign as they are trying to get out of any liability. You can just say no thanks!
