18 weeks how many months?

I'm 18 weeks and I read that's month 5 but I'm also seeing month 4 does anyone know for sure?

You are in your 5th month but you are not yet 5 months. Does that make sense? Like, my child is in her second year but she won't be 2 until her birthday. You are more than 4 months but not yet 5 months pregnant.

I read that 18 weeks is shy of the 5 months. There are 4 weeks in a month - divide that by 18 and it equals 4.5.
