Half siblings - do they look alike?

My husband has a little boy with another woman and he is a spitting image of my husband, he doesn't look anything like his mom. I know this sounds terrible, but his son wasn't a very cute baby.. We just found out that we are having a boy and I'm worried that he is going to look just like his half brother. Anyone have a similar situation? Does your kid look like their half sibling?
