Kinda freaking out

Still testing and still getting faint lines. Not any darker tho
I've been having some terrible cramping today so I decided to take a test just to eliminate the thought and now I'm just freaking out. Baby was born on September 1st and I'm breastfeeding/pumping. I haven't had a period and we are using condoms... is this positive? Is this even possible? ğŸ˜ğŸ˜
