Please pls advice

I went to the emergency and they checked my cervix and said it was still closed, and they checked the pregnancy which is still 6 weeks and saw the yolk sac but not yet any heartbeat, and said to come back after a week or call if there is any fresh blood.

I am super scared ladies, what should I do, I can’t stop panicking and thinking i lost the baby 😭
