Milk Supply
My milk supply is so uneven.. in the morning i can get 2oz from each boob. After that pump session Im lucky if i get 1oz from each boob for every pump session after that for the rest of the day. All i Drink is water and body armour. I even have a nursing tea i drink once a day. I pump every 2-3 hours during the day. Night time is a little more spaced out since baby sleeps about 4 hours. How can i get it to be more consistent?
