pregancy scare?

i stopped my bc about a month and a half ago. my bf and i had sex for the first time off my bc last month- Oct 31. We used a condom with no issues and he also pulled out. for some reason this month i’m just super anxious about not getting my period. it supposed to start in 5 days. my nipples have been tender when i press on them and when i jog and i’ve gotten a pimple or two on my forehead. few cramps lately. i got my period at the end of the before i had sex in oct(24th-29) after stopping the pill the month prior. i’m just scared i won’t get my period this month and will be pregant. I took a test yesterday morning and it was negative but ik it can still be too early. am i overthinking??
