Is it normal?

I gave birthday Wednesday with epidural/gas

She came out find just cord around her neck, they had to cut me!

So fast forward today I get home and I feel like shit my throat feels Swallown (tonsils) my tongue feels numb. I have no energy I'm boiling but shivering dizzy when I sit up. hard to concentrate my arms kinda feel like jelly have this ringing/weird noise in my ears

I felt it start in the hospital before going home but I thought it was because of not eating/drinking. Tired both and nothing

Sorry if this is all over the place idk if I should be worried or if its normal
