Pain sometimes during sex

So I’ve been to the gynecologist twice since I started having this pain. It’s not like a burning pain by any means. Sex may feel ok for a few minutes or so … until it feels like something stabs my lower abdomen. Gyno did a full wellness woman exam, also did a swab for yeast and BV. I also had a full panel of STD tests (except herpes 1&2, because Dr told me the blood tests are inaccurate). Everything is normal. There also haven’t been any sores, nothing abnormal looking to the Dr. My partner I’ve had for awhile is on the larger size…I’m not sure if this happens because he might be hitting my cervix?
