Please help me out here:

Last year I had a MC at 6 weeks and ended up going through d and c procedure (had no pregnancy symptoms except sore boobs) and again when we tried, got bfp andI had ectopic, they couldn't find the location of sac or fetal pole.. waiting for 4 months and tried again.. we changed doctor and she prescribed me pregnitude and coq10 .. the whole year I had irregular periods... and got my bfp on oct 31st.. since then I had sore boobs and sometimes fatigue...doctor did blood work and said that my Progestrone is on boarder line 7.5 ml and gave me Progestrone supplements to take vaginally.. stillonly sore boobs with no other pregnancy symptoms today I checked my weight and found that I lost 5lbs ... is this common ??? am scared😥😥😥having ultrasound this coming monday... I hope to see my baby who has healthy heartbeat... if you all believe in prayer, please put me in your prayers. I'd appreciate it.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
