My baby is 1 month old and is constipated. She passed a little hard stool 2 days before just a tiny. And now nothing. What should i do?

I have tried Q tip, bicycle legs, tummy massage, gripe water.

She was constipated a week ago too and i tried the above things and she pooped after a hard stool but now just the tiny hard stool and nothing.

She is passing gas which is stinky. She is breast fed at day and formula at night since birth

What should i do?
