How much formula should a 6 month old have?

My baby girl turned 6 months last week. And she’s been drinking formula every 3-4hours & only takes 4-5oz Each feeding. This has been her same schedule since she was around 4 months. 
She does eat her baby cereal now  in the morning & her solids in the afternoon & evening. 
Should she be drinking more formula in the day? I feel like she’s not drinking enough. Sometimes she will only drink 2-3oz of formula and doesn’t want anymore. So I give her the pacifier & she starts falling asleep, then I switch it out for her milk & she will then finish it. 
Pediatrician says she’s growing & she’s doing well so…

My boys been drinking 8 ounces every two hours since 2 months old. He's now 6 months and has been eating purees/solids 3 times a day. So when he eats food he only has a 4 ounce bottle after. Right now he's 20 pounds. He also has slept through the night since 2 months old because he's more full at night from eating so much all day. You could attempt adding an ounce of formula to a bottle maybe once or twice a day just to see if babe will take it if you are worried. If babe doesn't throw up then you didn't over feed.

This all sounds pretty normal to me. The minimum volume of milk is 24oz. So as long as you are hitting that and baby is growing fine then don’t worry about it. By 6 months, milk volume doesn’t really increase much more because growth spurts and appetite changes are offset with solid food. As time goes on, your LO will gradually decrease interest in milk and want more normal meals.

As long as she’s gaining enough weight, I wouldn’t worry about it. They say around 30oz a day is what they should be having. My little guy drinks around 25oz a day and has oatmeal and veggies as well.
