What are some items you realized you need to get for baby number 2?

I have everything from my first, and they’ve outgrown anything a newborn would use. What are some things you guys have had to get an additional item for?
Right now I’m thinking I need a new mattress for the crib, extra sheets, and a stroller for 2 kids. But Idk what else I might need. Any ideas?

I have everything from my first and they are both boys so what I need is minimal. I will be getting another sound machine and baby monitor. My first still naps so that’s a must. And diapers lol of course.

Like the others said sound machine and monitor. I got a bouncy seat for #2 and used it all the time. I also got a much better/more comfortable baby carrier and used it so much more with #2. I got a rock n play that rocked itself which is now a no no, so this time around a friend gave me her mamaroo to try (both of my kids have hated swings).

I’m getting an extra humidifier and sound machine. I’m also getting a double stroller. I just can’t decide which one.

I saved everything but still need to do an inventory to see what we may be missing. Aways curious what people found helpful the second time around that they didn’t have the first time.

My first will be 18 months when the second is due. So for us another crib/mattress/bedding, sound machine (likely another Hatch), convertible car seat, we bought a stroller that functions as a single or double with our first, new bottles/pacifiers/teethers, diapers, wipes, seasonally my babies are opposites so a few clothing articles, more halo sleep sacks, debating on a baby breeza this time (hoping to breastfeed but planning for the likelihood it won’t happen like it didn’t for my first), larger diaper bag. I have 2 pack n plays so one for each.  
I held onto the bassinet, infant car seat, swing, carriers, play-mat, and activity center from my first but if you don’t have those I would say purchase.

I have realized a lot of what I need is actually for my toddler as she’s moving out of the nursery. Otherwise similar things to everyone else: second sound machine, extra monitor, double stroller, and new sheets (mostly just for fun).

i found with my third a Bumbo infant seat was the best thing ever and wished i had it for the first 2. i had 2 one for upstairs and one for down. they are waterproof so i used one in the bath when baby started sitting up and one for thing downstairs like in the playpen. he was so much more happier when he could sit up and watch the goings ons than laying down.

They say to replace bottle nipples with each baby and pacifiers. New breast pump parts or a new pump.
A new infant car seat if your old one is expired. 
Pregnant with my third. 
I’m getting a couple new sleep sacks. A couple new light swaddles . New bottles, my insurance covers another pump. Than new crib bedding. Of course diapers, butt creams and shampoos and etc. I’m also getting another thermometer and nose frida,
