Looks good, she still has lots of room for height! Most infant car seats maxes are 30lb or 30in, OR their head has to be 1 inch below the top of the car seat. If it’s closer than 1 inch below, even if they’re not 30in tall yet, they’ve outgrown. 
But she looks okay! Just tighten the harness a little more if you don’t usually ❤️

The rule generally is they need at least 1 inch from the top of the seat to the top of their head OR have reached the weight limit. Once one parameter has been met, they have to moved into a larger seat. You can always move them to a convertible sooner, as long as the new seat fits their current size.

Only way to know is read the manual on your car seat. Height and weight capacity is different for each one. My kid seems FRIGGIN HUGE to me but he’s got plenty of growing to do before we need to switch.
