Recommendations for breathing during labor?

Any YouTube/website recommendations for breathing through labor to help with natural progression? This is my first and I really want to avoid the epidural if possible and assuming I have a vaginal delivery (I just hate anything messing with my spine and scared of long term issues).

I've heard a lot of great things about Ina Mays. I also watched YouTube videos of natural, homebirth videos. The calm mothers helped me feel strong. I watched homebirth ones even though I planned on a hospital birth  because I felt those women might act more relaxed. I'm not sure what country your from, but a lot of women in America (where I'm from) are taught to fear the pain of childbirth. In other countries/cultures its not such a prominent thing to discuss the pain of it. My theory is the fear and apprehension is what makes the pain so hard to bear. While I ended up with a cesarean I labored 60 hours and avoided pain relief for the first 50... it was when I got panicked and exhausted that the pain became too much (and we hoped an epidural would allow me some rest). The 50 hours of labor I had my contractions were 5 minutes apart or less (baby was sunny side up and I didn't dilate properly). I honestly don't remember the pain (all back labor too), but I remember the fear and exhaustion. I hope this reassures you that you can get through it :)

Not so much breathing but Ina Mays guide to childbirth book helped me with my first birth. Having all of those stories of how natural it is for our bodies to do this was a great motivator for me
