I need help .. Please comment

Hello , so i had my first baby feburary 12th of this year shes currently 9 months ... I think i may be pregnant again but not sure ... So for the past week ive been very nauseous, nauseous when i eat , nauseous when im hungry just nauseous ... My period was suppose to start on the 17 but still no show yesterday i started bleeding and completely stopped then started back today but me and my boyfriend had sex yesterday .. Today i thought i was starting my period and put in a tampon and came back an hr later and nothing ... So tonight i wiped and there was stretchy cm with a lil bit of light pink blood ... But nothing to fill even a panty liner .. With my daughter after sex i would bleed .. Ive tooken a test before my expected period and after missed period still no positive ... Im not actively trying , with my daughter i didnt try either just happend .. What do you guys think ? Any similar stories ? Also ive already arranged an appointment just waiting for a response from doctor but in the meantime please chime in ..no negative comme
