We lost our first baby at around 9 weeks in May, and I just took a test that came back positive. We weren’t really trying aside from just having unprotected sex and seeing what happened. Our plan was to go back to tracking and trying around January. With that being said, we have been drinking a lot of alcohol recently! I’m terrified that it might affect my pregnancy but have also read that as long as you stop when you know, it will be fine.

Does anyone have experience with this? I’m so terrified of another loss 😓
