I always start testing once my flow is gone.  Once per day until it starts to get darker, then twice per day I’ll test.  Normal ovulation happens between CD8-CD21, but can vary person to person.  I know last month I ovulated on CD20, this month it was CD15.  It can change each month, so testing will help pinpoint your ovulation day.  The app is going based off text book cycles, so don’t rely on the app unless you are putting in more information like BBT, LH tests.  Baby dust!

I always start testing early so I can get the hang of my cycle. Even though I’ve been tracking my period, the OPK can better detect your ovulation.
