Help, can’t seem to eat healthy

Ok real talk, why is it when I was first pregnant sugar was so gross to me but now everything I want is unhealthy and sweets?! Like make it stop. Example today I had a iced chai, oat milk and cold foam, a bite of a cupcake left over from baby shower and 5 of the jalapeño wontons. Dinner im having baked chicken rice and broccoli. But seriously im not hungry durning the day other than random nibbles and typically that is me craving sugar 🤦🏼‍♀️ anyone else?! How do you make it stop
