Can I drink one beer if EBF?

On the edge about this, haven’t drank since New Years and I’m craving a beer, can I drink just one ? I’m not going to straight chug it, but just causal sip ? How long after do I have to wait to feed her? I thought I could have one but google says not to.

I had 3 seltzers over the last 5 hours and breastfed multiple times during. I never felt buzzed so my milk was safe to feed.

Yes it will be fine. Hospitals used to give mother a beer to help milk come in. Just keep it to one or you will have to pump and dump if you have too many

If you plan to drink, do so 2 hours before you plan on feeding. A rule of thumb is if you feel buzzed, don't breastfeed. Just pump and store it for other purposes other than feeding.
