Allergic reaction ?

I already called and talked to a nurse and she just told me he can be allergic to detergent and to call my pediatrician in the morning .. I thought it was from formula but she said if it was he would have broken out sooner than 5 days later 
Anyone else think it’s just the detergent?? It was just today and he is 6 days old , I haven’t changed anything

My guess would also be the detergent or a heat rash - but some babies just get odd rashes that goes away by them self over time.

My 4 month old had the same rash, I think it must be the detergent

It could still be the formula-if little one has cow’s milk protein allergy, you can have a build up reaction that takes longer to appear. Are there any other symptoms apart from the rash (eg mucus in poo, pulling legs up to tummy in discomfort, excessive gas etc)?
