I felt like diet ginger ale helped - ginger is supposed to settle the stomach, for me the sugar in the regular stuff was too sweet and made it worse but diet and the carbonation helped a good amount!

Yes! But only flat ginger ale. Sounds weird/gross, but the carbonation really made me nauseous so I would open a can, let it sit overnight in the fridge and it would be perfect the next day

Some times! Both my pregnancy’s the thought of drinking it made me want to puke, no idea why 😅. But some times it’ll make your stomach more upset.

I also loved drinking ginger tea for something healthier. Trader joes makes ginger smoothie drink mixes in powder form that I mixed into berry smoothies.
