First Ultrasound 6 weeks no heartbeat

Today I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks 2 days. My dr said me he can’t say if its gonna work or not. As there is no heartbeat and the baby is behind the wall so he don’t have a clear image. And baby is not growing properly. He told us come back after one week for another ultrasound then we will decide what we r going to do.

I m totally exhausted and broken. I have been waiting since 2 years. I don’t know what does it means that baby is behind wall ? It looked like there is no hope in this pregnancy as per my Dr’s reaction.

UPDATE :

Today I had my second ultrasound. Unfortunately no fetus found today there was only gestational sac and yolk sac. So my dr prescribed me Misoprostol to allow my body to misscarry. Now we have given two options for our next attempt either transfer two embryos or do pgs testing. During my first PGs was not recommended for me because my age as I am 26yrs. We are thinking what to do
