When did everyone get their faint lines?

Feel like this forum has set my expectations to get a faint line at the very least and when I don’t get I get soooo upset. 
When did everyone receive their faint lines? I test at 5 days before AF is due and 9 DPO, which I know is early but it’s hard not to be disheartened by it. Feel I have an unrealistic expectation to get a faint line.

Other than indents, evaps, and faulty tests, the three true positives I’ve had in my life have been no sooner than 2 days prior to my missed period. Most I had the day before my period (bc I waited to test those cycles until then). All the cycles I tested on DPO10 were broken hearts and weird faint lines that never worked out. I’m 20 weeks tomorrow with third boy 💙💙💙

I didn't get anything until the day before af was due.. I know if so hard to wait!!  Goodluck

I got a faint at 12dpo. I think I see a faint on this test! Do you have a different picture? Like one without a shadow on it?
