Hello mamas

This is my second pregnancy, I didn’t have this much Braxton hicks first time. Not painful or very mild ones happens during the day , one or two here and there. But Once a day I am having contractions for 1-2 hours( more intense with back pain ) , more than 5 per hour , each contractions lasting more than 30-40 seconds. Doctor checked my cervix yesterday , it was closed . Acc to Dr., these contractions can change my cervix , it might take a week or a month, it’s unpredictable.

My doctor wants me to go to L and D after 3 days if these contractions (>5 per hour) continues and get my cervix checked again. As far as these contractions are not dilating my cervix, I am good.

Did something like this happened to anyone? When did you end up going into labor? How often your cervix was checked assuming you had contractions daily ? Plz share your experiences.
