Prenatal anxiety

Did anyone suffer prenatal anxiety? If so how did you work through it? I’ve tried counselling but I haven’t found a match.

Back story I suffered a couple of losses within the last two years. Right now I’m 29 weeks pregnant and my anxiety is through the roof, almost to the point of tears everyday. If baby isn’t moving all the time I start to worry, if I lay down on my left and she doesn’t start erratically moving I worry, if she has quiet days I worry.

She has a routine where for two days she’s pretty lazy and then gets moving again but those lazy days make me petrified something has happened and my anxiety goes through the roof.

I just need so tips to work through it if anyone has also experience prenatal anxiety
