Anyone had bleeding early on and baby been ok?

I had very light spotting since last Monday, it got heavier but still not heavy enough to soak a pad. Just a stain and mostly only noticeable when I wiped but I did have a few small clots over a couple of days and cramp for a couple of hours on Saturday. Bleeding has stopped today. I spoke to my Dr and we went for an early scan which was inconclusive as there was a pregnancy sac but nothing else. They said it’s either too early or could be miscarriage already. Waiting on a second scan to confirm what’s happened. I took a few more pregnancy tests - I know I shouldn’t - that look lighter than previous which has worried me even more. I’ve prepared myself for the worst but I guess there’s a tiny bit of me still praying for a miracle so has anyone had anything similar and baby has actually still been there and been ok? Oh snd I have no real pregnancy symptoms at all but I didn’t with my first pregnancy that was perfectly healthy all the way through. Thank you
