I had my anatomy scan today… it went well… they just couldn’t get the Cerebellum or Kidney due to babies position and moving… baby is very active.. but my blood pressure is high it has been high since my first appointment… Doctor said I just have bad genes when I comes to it… any suggestions on lowering it??? I take my medicine as described… I do eat out a lot so the plan is to cut back and cook at home eat more baked fish and chicken and vegetables
