Twin mom advice please. Bleeding

So my Obgyn is not very worried about. Says it's common with twins as long as it's not a constant flow of blood? I am 12 weeks 1 day with di\di twins and this is my second time this week having bleeding when ever I use the restroom. Now I won't call it spotting because it's not a couple spots of blood. It's the whole toilet paper. It has lasted quite a while today. But I have just been resting waiting for it to stop. I guess my question is how many of you other twin moms had bleeding in first trimester?
